Hydrophobic Emulsion Rutesil   5094 is an emulsion of polymethylhydride siloxane in water.

White emulsion.

• active substance content is not less than 50%;

• density  at  25 °C,  approximately 1.0  g / cm;

• stability when diluted at least 12 h.

• pH 3-6.

Warranty period of 6 months in storage from the date of manufacture.

Application:

Emulsion is used to impart hydrophobic properties to various tissues, paper, building materials and skin; to improve the moisture resistance of asbestos cement and gypsum boards, ceramic materials, porcelain and glass insulators; for preparation of antiadhesive greases for glass forming surfaces.

The emulsion does not change the appearance of the materials processed by it, it does not prevent normal air exchange of the structure, helps to reduce the contamination texture layer, increases the service life of materials and structures. Coating prevents the reduction of thermal insulation properties of materials. It has a good resistance to time in the action of various factors, including alternating freezing and thawing.
